Please fill out the details in this application form for each child you wish to enroll. 

If the your preferred program is full, your child will be placed on a waitlist in the order the application was received, and we will contact you once we have verified their space for enrollment.

There is a $200 non-refundable registration fee per child due at the end of the application. A fee is not required if your child is on the waitlist.
